1/ How does the AI handle guest data?
- The AI assistant does not store or share any personal guest data. All interactions are processed in real time and are not recorded.
- The only information used is what you have configured in your digital welcome book (WiFi codes, instructions, recommendations, etc.).
- No banking or sensitive data is collected or processed by the AI.
2/ Who can access the AI’s conversations with guests?
- You can review the AI’s response history within Airbnb’s messaging system.
- The nowistay team can access your Airbnb conversations once you’ve set up and activated the nowistay co-host.
- The co-host does not share any sensitive information with third parties or other users.
3/ Can I disable or limit certain features?
Yes! You have full control over the AI co-host. You can activate or deactivate it at any time.
4/ Does nowistay share my data with partners?
No. Your data remains strictly confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. All stored information is encrypted and secured, and you can request to delete your account and data at any time.
