First, ensure that your subscription includes the "Assistant" features, which are available for the Assistant package and higher.
Prerequisites:
You must have a complete Airbnb account with a published listing.
You need a customized avatar on your Airbnb profile.
Step 1: Initialize the setup
Go to your property box and click on Assistant.
A window will open. Click "Initialize" in the Airbnb section.

Enter the URL of your Airbnb Profile and Listing, following the provided URL format example.
If necessary, you can also add one or more co-hosts when setting up your nowistay assistant or afterward when it is active. These co-hosts will be able to respond to messages and the AI ​​assistant will then be able to differentiate them from your travelers and adapt its messages accordingly:
To retrieve these URLs:
For your listing: On your computer, go to your listings, click on the listing in question > Overview > Share (top right of the overview) > Copy the link. Keep only the basic link as shown :
For the profile URL, you must use the profile displayed on the ad (this can be your profile or the owner's profile, for example). To retrieve the URL of the profile that appears on the ad: on your computer, go to the address of your ad (e.g.: https://www.airbnb.fr/rooms/1368653962456861226). Then, at the bottom of the page, click on the profile avatar. You should arrive on a page with the URL:

Step 2: Add Nowistay as a co-host for your property
Once the form is submitted, a message will prompt you to add cohost@nowistay.com as a co-host on Airbnb, granting Calendar and Messages permissions.
You're done setting up your co-host! Wait for Nowistay's validation, which can take from a few minutes to several hours. Once validated, your assistant will be available immediately.
Step 3 : Add any additional co-hosts
If necessary, you can add one or more co-hosts once you've completed setting up your nowistay assistant. These co-hosts will be able to respond to messages, and the AI ​​assistant will then be able to differentiate them from your guests and adapt its messages accordingly. Here's how to do it:
Go to your Airbnb listingAt the bottom of the page, in the "Meet your host" section, click on the image associated with the co-host you wish to add:
You'll then access your co-host's profile. Copy the page's URL. e.g., https://www.airbnb.fr/users/show/XXXXXXX
Then, in the configuration tab of your nowistay AI assistant, click "Add Profile" and paste this URL:
⚠️ Error cases
Errors (red message) can occur due to:
Adding the co-host before initializing the assistant configuration.
Incorrect URLs provided during initialization.
Removing Nowistay as a co-host.
Actions to take:
If needed, remove Nowistay from your property's co-hosts.
Click reinitialize in the "Assistant Configuration" window.
