The nowistay co-host is connected to your Airbnb account.
If it knows the answer to your guest’s question, it replies on your behalf in under 2 minutes.
If it doesn’t know the answer, it contacts you via email. Make sure to disable Airbnb’s automatic notifications to avoid confusion.
